Spa Front Desk Receptionist Still Waters Day & Medical Spa 20 North Tarragona Street, Pensacola, FL 32502 Spa Front Desk Concierge – Still Waters Day & Medical Spa (Downtown Pensacola) $15.00-$17.00/hr + Commission on Retail Sales & Memberships Full-Time | Monday-Friday Schedule Still Waters Day & Medical Spa is looking for a polished, professional Front Desk Concierge to join our team in downtown Pensacola. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and takes pride in delivering a five-star client experience. What You’ll Do Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately Maintain front desk organization, assist with spa cleanliness, and support smooth daily operations Promote and educate clients on spa services, retail products, and membership options Handle POS transactions and manage retail commissions Collaborate with a team of aestheticians, nurses, and providers to deliver outstanding service What We’re Looking For Strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, or medical office preferred) Confident, professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (spa software experience a plus) Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines Polished, professional appearance and demeanor This is not a student position – open availability is required Evening availability until 7:45 PM required (no weekends) Schedule Full-time (30-40 hours/week) Monday-Friday only Some evening shifts until 7:45 PM required No Saturdays Perks & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $15.00-$17.00/hr based on experience Commission on retail sales and membership sales Paid holidays for full-time employees Employee discounts on spa services and retail Group health insurance (United Healthcare) Optional dental and short-term disability coverage 401(k) eligibility Welcoming to military spouses and candidates with strong professional experience To Apply Please submit your resume, including your months/years of relevant experience and up-to-date contact information .
