This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support during the weekends. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various front desk operations. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, providing information as needed. Manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with any additional clerical duties as assigned by management. Requirements Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Strong computer literacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and record keeping. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential.
