OBJECTIVE
To answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist Director with all office administrative duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
(including, but not limited to):
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls in a pleasant, courteous manner.
- Greet visitors in a welcoming manner.
- Perform general administrative functions such as communication with caregivers and clients, assist Director and Managers with various administrative tasks.
- Must be willing to take occasional on call rotated between all staff members including but not limited to nights and weekends which is compensated.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one (1) year in an office setting. Home Health Care office experience a plus but not necessary, will train the right candidate.
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with all callers, visitors and internal staff.
- Familiar with a variety of office concepts, practices, and procedures, in home health care a plus.
- Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client and caregiver interaction skills and maintain a positive attitude.
