Client Liaison and Front Desk Coordinator Brandon Legal Group, PLLC 1209 Lakeside Drive, Brandon, FL 33510 Client Liaison – Family Law Firm (Brandon, FL) We are a fast-paced and client-focused Family Law Firm in Brandon, Florida, seeking a professional and enthusiastic Client Liaison to support our legal team. As a key member of our support team, the Client Liaison will work closely with all members of the Firm, ensuring seamless communication, client engagement, and operational efficiency. Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional support role (law firm or legal setting preferred) Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone presence is essential Bilingual abilities are a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with CRM-style case management systems (e.g., Clio, Caret, ProLaw, Salesforce, or similar) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate record keeping Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading Ability to work independently, while also taking direction effectively Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters Full-time availability required: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Must be able to pass a background check
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner Answer and route incoming calls; take clear, detailed messages when needed Schedule and confirm consultations with clients and prospective clients Process incoming mail and digital documents; upload and organize files in case management system Process Service of Court Document emails and document in case management system Distribute, track and document Service of Court Documents appropriately Screen and schedule court dates for all attorneys Enter billable time for administrative tasks as appropriate Assist with general office duties and administrative support as needed
