⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Experienced Legal Receptionist (Tampa) compensation: DOE employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Experienced Legal Receptionist Answering the switchboard for both locations
- auto attendant answer most calls, but there are calls that come in to the operator Handling Florida Bar Calls LEGAL experienced required For the Tampa office: Checking our mail
- then distributing Does Conflict check for new cases Opens New cases
- be the gate keeper of collecting the necessary information Follows up on engagement letters being returned and retainers being paid Updates Client List
- Holiday card lists Weekly inventory of office supplies and kitchen inventory Stock of copy machines, conference rooms Ordering of office meeting lunches, setup and clean up Set up and clean up Friday breakfast Entering billable time for 2 attorneys and one paralegal Other duties as assigned Principals only.
