Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, students, and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations of the front desk. This role includes answering calls, scheduling tours and enrollments, managing client service appointments, collecting payments, and handling other administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Greet visitors, students, and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude. Provide accurate information to visitors, students, and clients regarding services, programs, and policies. Transfer calls to the appropriate staff members and take messages when needed. Schedule tours and enrollment appointments for prospective students. Book client service appointments for facials, electrolysis and laser treatments. Confirm tour and enrollment appointments with potential students the day before their scheduled visit. Collect payments for tuition, services, and products, ensuring all receipts are properly organized. Manage the lobby area, including keeping it clean and organized and ensuring product supplies are well-stocked. Restock and order products as necessary to maintain inventory. Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed to support the daily operation of the school. Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments. Ability to manage appointments and payments efficiently.
