Job Overview:

Kodawari Studios is looking for energetic, wellness-minded individuals to join our guest relations team! This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time hours if additional shifts open up.

Duties:

Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner. Check students into class as needed. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate manager, depending on the client’s need. Serve as an extension of our sales team by effectively talking about memberships, studio offerings, and reaching out to new students. Clean consistently throughout your shift, which includes cleaning floors, restocking bathrooms, and keeping areas tidy. Use our CRM (Walla) to handle customer requests.

Qualifications:

Energetic and sociable Previous experience on the front desk, preferably in fitness Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Flexible availability to accommodate varying shifts, including weekends and evenings Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds and assist with occasional manual labor or studio upkeep tasks
