We’re seeking a friendly, organized individual to be the welcoming face of our med spa. This entry-level position requires no prior med spa experience – just enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and check in clients upon arrival Schedule appointments by phone, email, and in person Process payments for services using our point-of-sale system Prepare treatment rooms between appointments, ensuring cleanliness and readiness Maintain reception area appearance and organization Answer client questions about treatments and services Assist practitioners with administrative tasks as needed Maintain client records and confidentiality Restock retail products and treatment room supplies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service orientation Dependability and punctuality Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Minimum 1 year of front desk experience Minimum 2 years working in related field What We Offer Professional development opportunities Competitive compensation Employee discounts on me spa services and products Positive, supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within the company Compensation $14-$18 per hour, based on skills, experience, and availability
