The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk Assist kennel staff with animal handling, restraint, and care as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Handle client inquiries and provide information about clinic services Support the team with various administrative tasks Requirements Previous experience as a veterinary assistant or in a similar role is preferred Ability to handle heavy lifting when assisting with animals Proficiency in dog handling, animal restraint, and basic animal care Knowledge of kennel terminology and procedures is a plus Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively Experience in dog training or working with animals is advantageous
