Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Full Benefit Package offered We are a growing homebuilder in Tampa, Florida and we are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, guests, and teammates. If you’re someone who is comfortable adapting to both busy and quieter days while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Answer and route a high volume of incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner. Manage scheduling and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized space. Support other team members with tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle a varying volume of phone calls with ease and courtesy. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish a plus Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.
