Job Duties:

Greet clients, vendors, visitors, and great customers services. Answering multiple incoming phone calls from clients and route to case manager, attorneys and/or management. Processing incoming mail including medical records and legal documents. Writing and processing documents to be mailed out. Must be able to successfully multi-task.

Qualifications:

Must be Bilingual (English – Spanish). Exemplary tenure with previous employers. Must pass a pre-employment screening. The candidate must have 1-year of experience as a receptionist. Great customer service. Have excellent phone and people skills. Must have attention to detail and good time management. Must be a team player and work well with others. Must be professional at all times, work well under pressure, and be able to multitask.

Salary & Benefits:

Hourly Rate rate between 15.00 and 20.00 -(DOE). 1 week paid vacation after 6 months. 2 weeks paid vacation after one year. 3 weeks of paid vacation after two years. 6 paid personal/sick days per year. 6 federal holidays off per year. $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm. Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
