MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS AND DUTIES 1.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. 2. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions. 3. Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 5. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. 6. Assists with facility security details including, but not limited to, facility access, gate access, camera surveillance, parking compliance, bag audits, etc)
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors necessary for the normal day-to-day operation, not determined at time of hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS 1.
Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time. 2. Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a normal office environment. 3. Ability to stand and walk around the facility on a regular basis. 4. Ability to withstand constant to intermittent noise levels. 5. Must be able to read, write, and fluently speak English. Prefer bi-lingual in Spanish.
