Responsibilities include welcoming clients and visitors, answering and routing calls, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Additionally, this role is responsible for office services tasks such as supply inventory and restocking, scanning and printing, maintaining common areas (including kitchens and conference rooms), handling deliveries, coordinating service vendors, assisting with internal event setup and cleanup, and supporting general facilitie’s needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional talent for engaging with people both within the firm and externally, as well as great organizational skills. In addition, the candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or coursework in office administration is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist, office services, or customer service role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn internal systems or databases.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capability to perform light physical tasks including lifting up to 10 pounds, restocking supplies, setting up/breaking down for events, and maintaining kitchen and conference areas.
