Spa Receptionist / Cashier / Customer Service Shangri-La Bath & Sauna 5636 East Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610 You must have a good personality, be personable, friendly, and positive. Being good at Math and Neat writing is required along with being able to manage time and being organized. Must have your own transportation. Include your days and hours of availability for work in your application. We open at 9 AM every day. Sunday through Thursday we close at 10 PM and on Fridays and Saturdays we close at 11 PM. The coverage times that are the current priorities are: Sun 9 AM

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage guest inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate information about our services. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to create a visually appealing environment. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Requirements:

Must Have Own Transportation Please include your days and hours of availability for work shifts in your application. Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously. Proficient in computer systems with the ability to learn new software quickly. Passion for wellness, self-care, and providing exceptional customer service.
