Temporary Bilingual Investigator/Receptionist The Pendas Law Firm, PA Tampa, FL 33603 The Pendas Law firm is currently looking for an organized, Bilingual Investigator/Legal Assistant to conduct client intakes and perform administrative duties.

Role and Responsibilities:

Meet with potential clients in person (or via phone) Receive and upload new client documentation to case management system Follow up with potential clients to complete intake process Greet clients Provide assistance for staff or projects

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

Bi-lingual English and Spanish (required) local travel in Tampa (and surrounding area) is required Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Previous experience in fast paced and high volume personal injury firm (preferred) Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, in a fast pace work environment.
