As a Veterinary Receptionist at Livingston Animal and Avian Hospital, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hospital in delivering top-quality customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing compassionate and professional correspondence with clients Answering phones, scheduling, greeting clients Performing end of day reconciliation and accurate billing Managing patient records Maintain knowledge of preventative healthcare recommendations Assisting with hospital inventory and ordering Processing and placing online pharmacy orders for clients

Requirements:

Experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting preferred Prior customer service experience Strong computer and phone skills Knowledge of AviMark veterinary software preferred Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
