Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain and organize calendars for appointments and meetings. Qualifications Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
