m. Activa Home Health is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to support our fast-paced office. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for someone organized, tech-savvy, and great with people!
What You’ll Do:
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations Answer phone calls and route messages Maintain office supplies and support admin projects Train and support caregivers on the EVV system Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage clerical tasks (filing, copying, scanning, etc.) Prepare meeting spaces and handle confidential information Support the team with various admin duties as needed
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in office software and technology
