The Front Desk Receptionist will play a vital role in guest relations and hotel management. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages effectively. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction. Support multilingual guests by providing assistance in their preferred language when possible. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel environment is advantageous. Proficiency in phone systems and basic computer skills is required.
