Veterinary Receptionist You’ve Got a Friend Low Cost Pet Clinic 712 Anderson Avenue, Mascotte, FL 34753 High volume, small animal practice looking for enthusiastic, hard working individuals to fill available part time/full time positions. Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must be available to work Saturdays. Spanish speaking a plus, but not required. Pay rate based on Veterinary experience. Receptionist Duties would include, but are not limited to: Excellent communication skills and professional attitude. Self motivated. Fast learner. Efficient worker. Ability to multitask, in a high volume, high energy atmosphere. While maintaining organization, and positive attitude. Field phone calls, schedule appointments using practice management software (Avimark). Handling money, processing credit card sales. Maintain daily and monthly income record. Keeping of proper medical records. Understand pharmaceutical products offered, and the ability to explain to client instructions for use. (with training) Ability to problem solve minor issues. Maintain cleanliness of reception area, lobby and guest restroom.
