• Duties:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Cross train to perform check-in and check-out responsibilities.
• Collect copay, co-insurance, deductible, and patient balances.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical or dental setting.
• Proficiency in using medical office software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
