    Naples Fort Myers is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who can communicate in both English and Spanish to work at an Immigration Law Firm in Fort Myers, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Collect, organize, and file client documents securely.
  • Make copies, scan paperwork, and assist with basic clerical duties.
  • Call clients to confirm appointments and follow up on missing information.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front office calendar.
  • Restock office supplies and maintain an orderly reception area.
