Front Desk Receptionist Renaissance Center Club 28191 Matteotti View, Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Job Description The receptionist position is for the amenities center called the Renaissance Center Club. This facility is for usage by members of Palmira Golf and Country Club. Shifts available daily are 6:30AM-1PM & 1PM-7PM. Schedules are set per semester (Fall, Spring, Summer). Internship Opportunities are available, if interested. Very flexible with schedules & shift times pertaining to school schedules, or a second job. Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various clerical duties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional manner. Answer phone calls and and replying to email inquiries promptly. Handle clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying documents. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked. Enforcing policies and procedures for members and guests Booking court reservations (tennis, pickleball, bocce) Registering members for events and activities Renting out equipment to members to play on the courts with Creating guest passes for member’s guests when needed Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
