Receptionist Curran Young Construction Bonita Springs, FL A multifaceted role encompassing operations management, executive assistance, and front desk receptionist duties. This pivotal position is responsible for orchestrating the initial interactions between our company and it’s clients, playing a crucial role in shaping the perception of our organization and ensuring positive and memorable experiences for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations Manage the CYC Info inbox and respond to inquiries promptly Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel Greet and assist office guests in a friendly and professional manner Place orders for office supplies and ensure timely delivery Coordinate and facilitate orders for field staff Office Appearance Management Decorate office space to enhance ambiance Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness Maintain an organized and efficient workspace Manage inventory of office supplies, storage, food, beverages, and alcohol Manage office cleaning company CYC Merchandise Organize and maintain merchandise inventory Manage merchandise distribution Handle ordering and restocking of merchandise Company Events Coordination Assist Coordinate internal and external meetings Assist in planning and executing networking events Assist with organizing holiday parties for staff Recognize and celebrate employee anniversaries and birthdays HR Support Coordinate creation and distribution of CYC swag bags for new employees Facilitate the ordering and distribution of employee business cards Support recruitment efforts – touch base with 15 candidates per week with guidance from management on what positions need to be filled
