This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and ensuring a professional environment for all.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally. Manage appointments and schedule meetings for staff, clients, and visitors. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Receive and post customer payments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with basic clerical skills such as filing, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed. Operate standard office equipment, including phones, printers, fax machine, and copiers. Answer questions and provide information to visitors and staff. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Make travel arrangements as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of office equipment. Ability to work independently. Task-oriented. Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful, but we are willing to train.

Additional Requirements:

Pre-employment drug screening and background checks. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Able to work in an office environment.

Compensation:

$18.00-$20.00 hr.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
