Orthodontic experience is preferred, but willing to train the enthusiastic individual. This job requires high energy, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. Must be self-motivated, possess excellent verbal skills, and have a positive, upbeat attitude. Our office needs an appointment coordinator to create a positive, welcoming, stress-free patient experience. You will play a key role in our office, being the first person our patient engages with either on the phone or in person. You will liaison between the patient, team, and doctor to ensure the patient receives exceptional customer service throughout their orthodontic care.
Responsibilities:
Ability to commute to locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Welcome and greet patients with a smile Address any questions or concerns the patient has regarding treatment Build trust with the patient Present treatment fees, payment options, and policies Follow up on patient treatment to facilitate initiating care Assist in all reception duties and procedures needed to make the office run smoothly, such as answering phones, greeting patients, checking email, voicemail, and fax consistently throughout the day. Scheduling appointments, managing reports to ensure all patients are scheduled appropriately, and data entry Handle all treatment paperwork, including consent forms, policy forms, and exit paperwork. Participate in internal and external marketing and contribute to the official social media Check-in and check out all patients, take their temperatures, ensure we have updated documentation.
