Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This well-rounded role combines front desk responsibilities with social media management, requiring someone with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Manage front desk operations, including message taking and scheduling
• Perform data entry and administrative support as needed
• Create engaging social media content using platforms like Canva
• Manage and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Assist in coordinating communications and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English Preferred)
• Proven customer service experience
• Social media management experience, including content creation and platform maintenance
• Strong proficiency with Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
