The Sales Receptionist answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner. The Sales Receptionist also takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager.
Responsibilities:
Meets and greets all callers; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/location Responds to customers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Composes and types routine correspondence as required. Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures. Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
