Job Summary:

We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk and administrative support for a restoration company in Fort Myers. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a positive experience for visitors and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Enter and assign incoming jobs in our system Manage the rotation schedule and coordinate updates Oversee the application process and related documentation Distribute interoffice mail and correspondence Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed Monitor and maintain basic office equipment Assist with vendor program coordination Perform general clerical tasks such as filing and basic bookkeeping

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license Must pass a background check and drug screening

Strong verbal and non-verbal communication Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Well-organized with attention to detail Effective problem-solving abilities Proficient in using computers and office software Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment •Bilingual is a plus!
