Managing social media accounts to ensure that the community is gaining from our educational efforts. Booking the doctor for Community Outreach Educational Events. Engaging with clients in the office to promote events and generate leads. Scheduling and managing event calendars. Developing comprehensive email campaigns. Proficiently handling administrative tasks relating to job duties. Track progress of events and report results to the team. Assisting with customer service needs in the clinic. Ability to schedule clients on multiple schedules using EMR Managing and directing client flow in a busy office for customer satisfaction Ability to handle multiple projects at one time Skills Needed to
