The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Answer phone calls promptly. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed. Assist other office staff to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Driver’s license is required. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related office role is preferred. Capable of using phone systems and office equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
