Job Description
Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented experience. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and customer service expertise to manage daily operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and members with courtesy and attention to detail.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing accurate information.
- Coordinate front desk operations, including signage updates during lunch breaks.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and scheduling.
- Assist with concierge services, including outdoor tasks like applying stickers on vehicles.
- Maintain an appearance that aligns with business casual attire guidelines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Provide support during onboarding processes, including issuing parking tags and key fobs.
- Ensure timesheets and invoices are submitted accurately and on time. Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support or front desk coordination.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform data entry and organize files effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable performing light outdoor tasks as needed.
- Ability to maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and adhere to dress code standards.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
