As the Salon Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting clients with scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and organized environment for both clients and staff. You will be the first point of contact for clients and the face of our salon.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive and professional first impression. Answer phone calls, respond to voicemails, and handle client inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s calendar. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area. Assist with processing payments and handling cash register duties. Coordinate with salon staff to ensure timely services. Keep track of client preferences and update their profiles as necessary. Provide clients with information about services, promotions, and products. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications and salon management software (training can be provided). Strong attention to detail and time management skills. A professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
