Veterinary Receptionist Parrish Veterinary Clinic 12210 71st Street East, Parrish, FL 34219 We are looking for a friendly and outgoing receptionist to join our hospital.
Job will include:
client education, answering multiple phone lines, client care, greeting clients and their pets, knowledge of veterinary protocols and products, collection of medical records for new patients, cash and card transactions, and scheduling appointments. Applicants must have customer service experience and be able to multitask with a positive attitude. We are a local owned and operated hospital that is growing. We are moving into a new building in May. The schedule for this position is 4.5 days a week with a rotating Saturday. Our hours would be 07:40am-05:00pm M-F and 07:40-12:00pm Saturdays.
