Job Description
Receptionist Apex Pavers & Pools 725 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, FL 34994 The Apex Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers. They will also support the Lead Intake Specialist, Design Consultants & the Entire Apex team with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:

Communication:
Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member. Monitor and respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely manner. 2.
Data Retention:
Take accurate and detailed notes of all client and vendor conversations and document in Hub Spot. 3.
Client Relations:
The receptionist should be the first person to answer the phone and greet client entering showroom. The requires dedication, consistency and reliability to the position. 4.
Collaboration:
Support the Lead Intake Specialist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents. 5.
Job Requirements:
Schedule appointments and maintain the company’s calendar when the Lead Intake Specialist is unavailable. Keep the showroom clean and organized, restocking samples and marketing materials as needed. Assist with maintaining inventory and placing orders for showroom display items. Keep up to date with company policies, products, and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information. adherence to Apex standards & comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines always. Maintain confidentiality of company and personal information. Assist with marketing efforts such as creating and distributing promotional mailers. 6.
Training and Development:
Stay current on industry related training and education. Develop skills through mentorship and education and assist in the development and training of new Apex team members on industry related practices as well as company policies, protocols and procedures. 7.

Always be prepared to have the willingness and flexibility to undertake and perform any tasks, duties or responsibilities outside of the general scope of work outlined for your role at the direction of management and/or for the success of Apex. Apex reserves the right to assign additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Job Overview:
As the Apex Receptionist you will primarily work in an administrative setting but may also be required to assist with tasks in the showroom and on the display area. They will work closely with the Lead Intake Specialist and other members of the team to ensure seamless operation of the office. This position may require occasional overtime and flexibility with work schedule.
