• Seeking a dedicated a full-time or part-time veterinary receptionist for a busy practice in Palm City.

Veterinary experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments and surgeries, preparation and maintenance of medical records, documenting medical histories, answering a multi-line phone system, processing financial transactions, filling some prescription medications, as well as reception area and exam room maintenance. Ability to multi-task is fundamental to this position. This is a full-time position that requires a Saturday rotation. We are closed on Sundays. Reliable transportation is mandatory.
