We are seeking a friendly and professional Welcome Center Staff member to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for our visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner Provide information about the organization and its services Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly Assist with check-in and check-out processes Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling tours and managing correspondence Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the welcome center Address any visitor concerns or issues with professionalism and care

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficient in using office equipment and software Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus A positive attitude and a willingness to assist others We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
