Primary responsibilities:
The Community Director performs a variety of duties, including ensuring client satisfaction and assisting the General Manager with the daily management of the center.
Your day would include:
- General receptionist duties including incoming calls and mail handling
- Be the go-to person for our clients when needed
- Assist the General Manager with prospective client sales tours
- Record daily, weekly and monthly billing activities
- Upsell services to our clients
- Provide office management including overseeing equipment and processes
- Assisting the Manager as needed What we can offer you:

Requirements:
o Bilingual a must o Minimum 4 years office experience o High-school diploma or college degree o A positive attitude and naturally happy person o High energy and a quick learner o Professional presence o Must enjoy helping other and be able to work with many personalities o Sales experience a plus!
