What You’ll Do:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system Support membership sales by explaining services and benefits clearly Ensure the studio is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked at all times Assist the Stretch Team with administrative tasks and special events Uphold the studio’s culture of professionalism, respect, and positivity
