$18.00•$19.00 per hour About the Role Are you passionate about providing exceptional first impressions and maintaining a polished, professional demeanor? We’re seeking a highly presentable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a prestigious showroom. This is more than a front desk role — it’s an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, design-driven environment where client interaction and operational support are key. Key Responsibilities Greet all showroom visitors and clients with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. Manage incoming calls, routing inquiries appropriately or addressing them directly with accuracy and courtesy. Maintain the showroom’s front-of-house appearance to ensure it is always client-ready. Provide administrative support to showroom and back-office teams, including scheduling, document handling, and internal communication. Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and assist in shipping/receiving duties. Assist with customer service requests, ensuring inquiries are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently. Support scheduling and meeting coordination for sales teams and leadership. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and ensure accurate documentation of transactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or front-desk role, preferably in a retail or showroom environment. Bilingual•Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High standard of personal presentation and grooming. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Professional demeanor, dependable, and customer-focused. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer and phone for extended periods. Occasionally required to lift light office packages and supplies. Why Join Us?
