Front Desk Associate Dr Miami Beach Miami Beach, FL 33140 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively to optimize time management. Maintain accurate records and perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents and data entry. Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-maintained at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience. Experience Previous experience as a medical med spa front desk, plastic surgery experience or in a similar front desk role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various situations calmly and professionally. Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
