Aventura Schedule:

• Monday
• Friday
• 7AM•3PM (Shifts vary)

Responsibilities:

• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Reschedule appointments
• Provide excellent patient service to each patient either in the office or over the phone
• Answer phone calls
• Scan chart documents
• Update existing patient information, including insurance and demographics
• Process incoming faxes and distribute to providers and staff
• Confirm next day appointments
• Scrub patient charts

Service Delivery Expectations:

Customer service oriented. Team player. Works within specified deadlines and stressful situations. Be professional and cautious. Arrive at workstation on time, ready to work, and demonstrates minimal absenteeism.
