Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at our Medical Center in Miami. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks and supporting our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and provide accurate information Schedule and confirm appointments using our electronic medical record (EMR) system Register patients, verify insurance, and collect co-pays or payments Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service Handle inquiries regarding medical services, policies, and procedures Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing documents Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality Resumen del
