The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting daily clinic activities. The ideal Front Desk Coordinator is friendly, organized, sales-oriented, and passionate about wellness. Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator The Front Desk Coordinator greets all members and patients upon arrival and checks them in for services. The Front Desk Coordinator answers phone calls and manages incoming inquiries professionally and efficiently. The Front Desk Coordinator educates patients on wellness services and clinic offerings. The Front Desk Coordinator presents and sells memberships and service packages to both new and returning clients. The Front Desk Coordinator follows up with inactive members to encourage re-engagement. The Front Desk Coordinator maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and clinic environment. The Front Desk Coordinator stays informed on current promotions, packages, and service updates. The Front Desk Coordinator collaborates with the clinic team to meet service and membership goals.
