Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Energy MP LLC Miami, FL 33172 Job Overview Michelle Peiret Office is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the seamless management of front desk operations. You will coordinate appointments, support internal communication, and contribute to the smooth flow of our services. Duties Customer Service (In-Person & Phone): Greet patients warmly, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage, coordinate, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using our Zoho Booking system.

Patient Records Management:

Register new patients, update documentation, and maintain accurate records.

Billing and Collections:

Process payments for consultations, procedures, and products, ensuring transaction accuracy.

Internal Coordination:

Collaborate effectively with health guides and administrative staff to maintain operational efficiency.

Supply Management:

Monitor and organize inventory to ensure necessary materials and products are readily available.

Technical Support:

Assist patients in navigating the clinic’s website for scheduling appointments and making payments. Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting. Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Zoho . Experience handling billing and payment processing . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English . Strong ability to prioritize tasks , work under pressure, and manage time effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
