    education: High School Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    Direct visitors to the appropriate person in the office
    Answer and forward incoming phone calls
    Ensure reception, office areas and kitchen are tidy and presentable, and sufficiently stocked with all necessary stationery and material, and prepare the coffee on daily basis
    Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email when requested
    Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception logbook and issuing visitor badges
    Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
    Organize and schedule appointments, update calendars and schedule meetings
    Keep updated records of office expenses and costs (quotations)
    Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
    Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and internal communication
    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports•Monthly Report
    Develop and maintain a filing system
    Order coffee breaks, lunches and research new deals and suppliers
    Maintain contact list updated
    Order business cards
    Provide support to the facilities manager, including office event coordination.
