Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients during check-in and check-out processes. Conduct insurance verifications with accuracy and efficiency. Handle data entry tasks, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and correct. Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly. Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Previous experience in an optical office or healthcare setting (preferred). Strong knowledge of insurance verification procedures. Proficiency in data entry and computer systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
