RESPONSIBILITIES

The Front Desk Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for prospective residents. Whether on the telephone or in person, the relationship between the Front Desk Customer Service Representative and the prospective resident lays the foundation for the relationship between the prospective resident and the community, and ultimately the company. The Front Desk Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving calls, operating multiple phone lines, and directing guests to their appropriate destinations within the community.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Meet and greet prospects, residents, brokers, and other individuals or visitors to the community.
  • Receive incoming calls, operate multiple phone lines and schedule appointments.
  • Screen visitors and contact leasing agents for scheduled appointment arrivals.
  • Collect and distribute mail, operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and computers.
  • May be required to do clerical work, filing and compose emails/memos.
  • May be required to issue visitors passes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office environment.

  • Must adhere to company no cell phone/texting policy when traveling by car.
