Key Responsibilities:
Be the face of our Miami office by warmly welcoming new and existing clients as they visit to pick up mail, book meeting rooms, or ask questions about their accounts. Provide high-quality, multi-channel support to clients via live chat, phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring quick and effective resolution of inquiries. Educate and engage prospects by explaining our services, benefits, and available solutions. Organize and maintain the office space to create a welcoming, professional, and efficient environment for clients. Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are set up, cleaned, and ready for client use. Manage mail and packages to ensure clients receive their deliveries efficiently and securely. Deliver exceptional client satisfaction by handling all interactions with care, empathy, and professionalism.
