Role:
Front Desk Receptionist As a Front Desk Receptionist , your main mission will be to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and possesses strong customer service skills.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Greeting and checking in guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience. Handling check-outs and processing payments efficiently. Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs. Managing reservations and updating booking systems as needed. Handling check-outs and processing payments efficiently, including ensuring that all reservations are properly charged at the time of check-out. Performing basic administrative tasks and maintaining front desk organization. Resolving guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Following security protocols to ensure guest safety.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in English is required ; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred. Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
1+ years of experience in Front Desk (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency with email and the Google Workspace . Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
